Council Meetings are normally held on the first Monday of the month in Swanland Village Hall at 7pm. 
Meetings due on Bank Holidays are moved to later that week.

As well as the on-line minutes print outs are placed on the pond notice board and are available at the library. Residents are welcome to attend meetings and may address the council in the Open Forum Open Forum held at the beginning of the meeting.

Agendas are usually available 3 to 4 days before Council Meetings. All minutes are in draft format until approved at the next meeting.

All Meetings commence at 7.00pm unless stated.

All meetings have an open forum for members of the public at the beginning of the meeting.

All items for discussion/payment must be in by a week prior to the meeting or they will not be included.
